Duties
Facilitate PI planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, product demos and sprint retrospectives. Review application design against business requirements and work with solution and technical architects. Work with product managers and development teams to ensure requirements are captured and recorded, using Scrum tracking to publish sprint closure reports with feature completion status and defect summaries. Act as a mentor to team members on Agile methodology and ceremonies, and assist with project planning, resource planning and estimation. Obtain UAT sign-off and complete production deployment. Develop and enhance the existing application. Assist the Product Owner in grooming and creating stories in JIRA and provide high-level estimates. Utilize JIRA, ALM, Rally, Confluence, UFT, Java, J2EE, Amazon Cloud native, Spring Beans, Spring Boot, web services, Tomcat, Oracle, Cassandra and advanced messaging techniques (JMS, Kafka, AMQP), etc.
Requirements
MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering (any) or a closely related field and 3 years of experience leading and managing information technology projects, including scrum master experience. Or a BS or foreign equivalent in the above and 5 years of relevant progressive experience, including at least 3 years leading and managing IT projects with scrum master experience.
