Duties
Work with your Scrum team to develop and automate test cases in a primarily JavaScript/.NET environment so that everything we build meets the highest levels of quality.
- Automate web application testing using Java, Selenium WebDriver and the TestNG framework in an Agile environment
- Work with distributed version control systems such as Git
- Work with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and Hudson
- Apply business-related skills such as problem solving, team building, judgment and decision making
- Design and implement a test automation strategy by selecting and identifying areas and test cases for automation
- Develop solid, maintainable automated test scripts that thoroughly test application behavior and identify defects in business logic, including performance and load testing of web applications
- Apply an advanced understanding of test techniques, methodologies and tools
Requirements
MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, IS or a closely related field and 1 year of experience in automated testing using Java, Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, or a BS or foreign equivalent in the above and relevant progressive experience.
